My name is Drazen Bopp. As an interim CIO and project manager, I assist companies and private equity firms in special situations.

Companies are permanently faced with demanding transformation tasks. Digitization, globalization or carve-in/carve-out of company parts – the ability of a company to change depends on the performance of its IT. Often the necessary resources or know-how are not available in the company to successfully resolve such special situations.
